Among the attractive diving location on the island Šolta the following stand out: Ribolovac area near Pelegrin, Piramide - site in the cove of Travna, Sipuja and Vela Ploča. Maria Grota is ideal for underwater photo. Snorkeling and scuba gear is available for rent in Stomorska.
Sailing
The island itself is an adventure on it's own with many coves, inlets and beautiful bays, boat cruises are essential to discover the many secrets this island has. From traditional fishing boats "gajete" to modern cruisers, You can be assurede that You will not miss the sailing adventure.

You can take adventorous cruise to the coastal towns of Split - with Diocletian's Palace, and also a town Trogir, towns under UNESCO protection.
Fishing
The wealth of Šolta's sea world is the proof of virgin clarity of the sea that surrounds the island.
The emperor Diocletian built his fishery in Nečujam for this very reason. Numerous species of fish and shellfish that live there can't be all numbered but the most interesting fact is the appearance of a protected species - Mediterranean monk seal that comes only to the cleanest parts of the Adriatic!
And if you're lucky maybe by the Šolta's coast you'll be greeted by one of the noblest mammals in the world - dolphin.
Bicycling
The island is host to many trails that lead to wherever you want to go, but you can't get lost on the island as all trails and bike paths lead back to a settlement. Mountain bikes are best for this terrain, but you can also cycle on the local paved roads.
